2) Postage Charges
All prices stated excludes postage fees.
Postage Fees Guideline (For delivery in Singapore):
S$ 0.80 - 1 piece of light item (eg. diaper pouch)
S$1 - 1 kid dress or 2 pieces of light items (eg. diaper pouch)
S$1.50 - 1 adult skirt
S$2.55 - 1 kid dress and 1 adult skirt
If you wish to have registered mail, kindly add S$2.50 to the total amount.
(For registered mail, package will be delivered directly to the address by Singpost. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind for collection at the nearest post office.)
Registered mail is highly recommended, as we will not be responsible for any lost mail.
3) Refunds/ExchangeAs we do not keep stocks, there will be strictly no refund/exchange of sizes, if we mail to you the sizes you have ordered.
No refund/exchange of orders after transactions are made.
Full refund or exchange of merchandise of the same value will be made to buyers if the product ordered is out of stock.
4) Payment and delivery
Payment is to be made upon order confirmation. Items will only be reserved for 1 day. If no payment is received, orders will be released to other buyers.

Ready stocks will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made.
5) Pre-orders
For pre-orders, payment is to be made upon order confirmation and before pre-order cut off date.
Please note the expected date of delivery for pre-orders. Order only if you agree with the timeline.
